Teaching Robot Hexapod (TRHex)

 

The first robot inspired by research work done in the Kod*Lab at the University of Pennsylvania. The robot has six legs that can be individually programmed to create a cohesive movement representative of how a cockroach can move.

 

TRHex was a proof of concept using expensive off the shelf components.
